By using Paraguide you agree to these terms. Paraguide is in preview and provided as is. Features may change, break, or be removed, and a review you save now may not carry over to the full launch.
Not a safety or weather tool
Paraguide is for reviewing flights after you land. It is not a weather service, a go or no-go tool, or any kind of flight-safety or in-flight decision aid. Always get a current local briefing, check local rules and your own currency, and make your own judgement before you fly. Anything Paraguide shows is informational and estimated, never an instruction on whether or how to fly.
Your flights
You keep ownership of your flight data. By uploading, you confirm the tracks are yours to share, and you give us permission to process and display them so we can provide the service (build your review, and save or share it if you choose).
Acceptable use
Do not upload data that is not yours, misuse the service, or try to break, scrape, or overload it.
No warranty, and liability
Paraguide is provided without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from using it, and in particular for any decision made in the air. [Liability wording to be confirmed with legal review.]
Brand and data
The Paraguide name, design, and content are ours. Flying-site data and imagery belong to ParaglidingEarth and are used under the Creative Commons BY-SA licence.
Governing law
